Mostostal Warsaw once again among the best employers in Poland

The list of 300 Best Polish Employers was compiled on the basis of a questionnaire, available through online research panels and on forbes.pl. The survey was conducted in the fall of 2022. The ranking was created with reference to some 19,000 individual employee evaluations.

The ranking awards were based on the following evaluation criteria:

• direct recommendation - the willingness of employees to recommend their employer;
• indirect recommendation - the willingness of employees to recommend other employers in the industry;
• in addition, aspects such as remuneration, working hours, opportunities for promotion and development, office and remote working conditions and equipment were evaluated.
