Mostostal Warszawa will construct a road in Skarbimierz

The agreement was signed on September 26, 2023, by Mostostal Warszawa S.A., represented by Marcin Sierpowski (Director of the Western Area) as their proxy, and Mondelez Polska Production Sp. z o.o., represented by Roman Sitko (President of the Board) and Dominik Bogusławski (Board Member).

As part of the investment, Mostostal Warszawa will complete the road system, which serves as an access road to the chocolate factory. The scope of work also includes the construction of:

• a gatehouse (security checkpoint),
• weighbridge,
• rest area for drivers,
• parking spaces for TIR vehicles before entering the factory premises,
• fencing,
• site drainage,
• connection of the electrical network to the facilities,
• road lighting.

The project is scheduled to be completed no later than February 14, 2024. The warranty period for construction work is 36 months, while the warranty for equipment is 24 months.
