Comment of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. to the results for the third quarter of 2023
The value of the order portfolio of the Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group as of September 30, 2023 amounted to PLN 3,531 million. In the period from January to the end of September 2023, the Capital Group companies signed contracts with a total value of PLN 467 million.
The Group has recently made a number of investments (expenditures for 9 months of 2023 amounted to PLN 59 million), which are mainly related to expenditure on new fixed assets related to ongoing road contracts, including those related to the construction of the S19 expressway between Rzeszów and Babica. The purchases were completed without increasing financial debt.
The size of the Capital Group's portfolio secures its operations for almost three years. We take actions to maintain our Capital Group in good condition. We focus primarily on ensuring the highest quality of the services we provide, as well as proper cooperation with our clients and subcontractors. We maintain active but safe bidding, taking into account price increases and the availability of qualified employees. We also want to be an active participant in the transformation of the Polish energy sector, using our own work and experience as well as that of our strategic partner - Acciona - to support reducing the environmental burden of the energy sector and industry.
