The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. hereby informs that the Shareholders holding at least 5% at the Company’s General Meeting held on 20 April 2015 were as follows:

1. ACCIONA S.A. having its registered office in Madrid, holding 10,018,733 shares entitling to 10,018,733 votes, representing 73.21% of the votes at that Meeting and 50.09% of the total number of votes.
2. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień” holding 3,666,000 shares entitling to 3,666,000 votes, representing 26.79% of the votes at that Meeting and 18.33% of the total number of votes.
