In the scope of the investment we built two buildings A and B which consist of 168 apartments, 8 office premises and 18 service premises. Under each building is located two-level underground car park for 211 cars in total. The construction was realized without any delays, in the forseen period of time from od 01.09.2008 to 31.10.2010.
