The agreement for the realization of the task was signed 21 August 2006. Wrobis as general contractor built  14-storey housing building at Strzegomska Street in Wrocław.  New object of 40 000 m3 cubic volume holds 216 flats with total usable area of 9 400 m2. The building possesses also three-level garage for 126 parking places.
