Residential estate at A. Vivaldi Street in Wrocław

The agreement for realization of the task was signed 9 June 2008. 

Wrobis as a general contractor realized two 4-storey residential buildings.

In a building A7 is 76 apartments witk a total surface of 4 379 m² and in a building B7 was completed 40 housing units with a total surface of 2 242 m². The cubic volume of both buildings is 34 000 m³. Both objects have 4 above ground storeys and one underground garage for the residents. The scope of works involved execution of the building construction along with full implementation of installations and finishing.
