The designed facility will be used by the Oil and Gas Drilling Department and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering of the AGH University of Science and Technology. The building was designed as a building with five aboveground and one underground storeys, on the projection of an elongated rectangle.

At the cellar level will be located laboratories associated only with the Oil and Gas Drilling Department, the upper storey will be divided between the departments of Oil and Gas Drilling Department and Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Information Technology and Biomedical Engineering.

The usable area of ​​the building is 2757.22 m2.
