Complex of residential buildings with service premises on the ground floor and underground garage at Sowińskiego and Człuchowska Streets - stage 1A

In the scope of the stage 1A of housing development Verdis Mostostal Warszawa builtthree residential buildings A, B, C which have from 7 to 8 aboveground storeys. Underground part of buildings D and E is forseen to be done in the next stage of the project.   The complex accomodates 128 flats with a large range of surface available, 11 service premises and 184 parking places.Cubic volume of the buildings A, B, C is 43 500 m³.

Mostostal Warszawa was also responsible for the realization of stage 1 B – construction of two seven-storey residential buildings D and E and fitting works in the belonging to it underground garages.

Stage 1A was completed in April 2013, stage 1B in January 2014.
