Cross Point C office building in Łódź

On 17 May 2019, Mostostal Warszawa and Cross Point C Sp. z o.o. signed a contract for the construction of another building which is part of the Cross Point office complex in Łódź. The contract value is PLN 31.31 million gross.

The Cross Point office complex is located at the junction of Millionowa street and Rydza-Śmigły alley in Łódź Widzew, formerly on the site A. Próchnik clothing factory. The building for which the contract was signed made from monolithic reinforced concrete structure and is connected with an underground passage connecting other Cross Point complex buildings.
