Housing development EKO-PARK, covering the ground parcel with area of 18,7 ha, located in varsavian Mokotów, consists of 8 residential complexes.  The residential complex Suita (D6) is constituted by two nine-storey buildings built on the common foundation slab with underground car park. The complex houses 77 flats and the total area of the object is 12 000 m2.
