Housing development Eko-Park, includes 18,7-hectare  property in Mokotów district in Warsaw, and consists of 8 residential complexes. Residential complex Etiuda (B4-B8) is a complex of five buildings ranging with height from 5 to 8 aboveground storeys and one underground storey destined for garage. The complex accomodates 143 flats of total area of 11 000 m2 and 190 parking places, of which 146 is situated in underground garage. The total area of the building is 24 000 m2.
