The agreement for realization of the investment task under the name II stage of III stage multifunctional residential and retail complex ISKRA I incorporating construction of 6- and 7-storey buildings with retail spaces and underground garages. The implementation of works was defined for a period from 16 October 2007 to 16 July 2009.
