The Company built residential and office complex with underground garages and technical infrastructure. The first stage covered construction of terraced (T1) and gallery (G) buildings. The object T1 houses 78 flats of total area 5 249,3 m². Building G houses 7 flats less then T1 and its total surface is 4 472,4 m². The service section of 9 premises was designed in the area of 680 m² . Wrobis is also responsible for construction of underground car parks not only in T1 and G, but also in T2, T3 buildings. The total area of garages, suited for 121 parking places, is 3 102,7 m². The realization of the contract lasted 15 months, during the term of the agreement signed 6 September 2007.
