- construction and reconstruction of the Skotnicka Street
- reconstruction of the Cmentarna Street
- construction of the small roundabout (Skotnicka and Goździków Street)
- reconstruction of the service road of the national road no. 2
- construction of the tunnel under national road no. 1 with retaining walls
