The contract for the construction of the warehouse-office building was signed on December 20, 2023.

The scope of contract works includes:

• construction of a warehouse-office building, without a basement, two-storey with a height of up to 9 meters; with an area of 1393.26 square meters
• demolition and construction of a warehouse canopy with an area of 169.64 square meters
• installation of three warehouse-technical containers (for storing materials such as oils, paints, technical gases)
• site preparation
• construction of connections and construction and reconstruction of external networks: water supply, rainwater drainage, general-purpose sanitary sewage, and external central heating installation, as well as construction of power supply networks for buildings and devices and area lighting
• site hardening
• demolition of existing buildings along with dismantling of equipment.

The completion deadline for the investment is 13 months from the date of signing the contract.
