As part of the investment, Mostostal Warszawa will reconstruct the internal road, loading and unloading area, and parking lot at 26 Paczkowskiego Street in Wrocław. The contract was signed on December 29, 2023.

Works in the vicinity of the wagon hall include:

• demolition of the warehouse building and enclosed canopy,
• reconstruction of the existing internal road over a length of approximately 360 m, width of 5 m,
• construction of rainwater drainage system,
• construction of a passage across the tracks,
• construction of a maneuvering square with dimensions of 25m x 25m,
• construction of a loading and unloading square of approximately 760 sq.m.,
• construction of a parking lot with 36 parking spaces,
• reconstruction of external hydrants to underground ones,
• construction of a lighting installation consisting of 17 lighting poles.
   

The investment will be completed within 8 months from the date of signing the contract.
